Help: window stuck half way down
So I removed the door panels and all the associated electrical switches the other day to have them reupholstered. Well when I opened the door from the outside it would drop down as normal but wouldn't go back up. Every time I opened it it would drop down the normal like 1/2". So after opening it about 10 or so times the window stopped indexing and stayed about half way down. Now i cant get it rolled back up

Check your owners manual there is a reset procedure. I forget what it is but it is something like hold it up for 5 sec.
Make sure the door is closed, it makes a difference.
However it sounds like you may have a loose wore on the switch. You had the panel off. Check that 1st.
The widows do weird things when they are without power. Mine did it all the time.
