Default LS2 Cam Decision...Split Duration or Straight Up?

What tends to be the better way to go on cam-only LS2's?

Straight up or Traditional Split?

Also, how much overlap are people running on A6's?

Thanks

With stock stall A6's I run a 224/224 115+0 and its -6 overlap and 700rpm idle with great manners.

Just assume a full bolton car with stock heads.

Uh oh....

Keeping stock stall? I'm doing a 2800 stall with 3.42 gears, with a G5X2 cam from LG. If you wait a bit, I can tell you how this combo is. LG says you can run the G5X1 with a stock stall I'm pretty certain.

I'll probably do a converter, just will be waiting a bit to see how it drives, if I think it's necessary, etc...

I just can't stand not having a cammed car. I miss the sound too much. Longtubes and borla doesn't have enough guts for me

Same boat as me buddy.

I'd say do it right the first time and put a baby stall in it like I am. It'll still allow you to accelerate aggressively enough out of turns, while still allowing you to put a bigger cam (ie: g5x2) for more power. Two people on the board somewhere have this setup and had rave reviews. Also spoke with Anthony at LG and he agreed.
