I did some searching about the "no FOB detected" message that pops up, but can't find what I'm looking for which is straight answers...
I've tried both sets of keys and both with the same results. The message board reads no FOB detected. This happened the last time I ran the car but was able to get it started by getting out, pressing the lock button on the FOB, putting the key in the center console. Started no problem.
Now, when I get in the car the drivers side window goes up and down at least ten times and the no FOB pops up again and pressing the lock/unlock buttons don't work....

New batteries in the FOBs didn't do anything... The car is dead!
Battery shows 14.4v, and it's a couple months old...
HELP!
Everything else (lights, etc.) appear to be good or not? If not, do you own a battery charger? Humor me for a second here... disconnect the negative cable, leave it off for a few seconds, reconnect the battery cable and then connect the battery charger and see if your symptoms remain the same with the FOB. Also make note of how may amps your charger is trying to charge your car at. A fully charged/healthy battery will usually show a charge rate that is 50% of the rated battery charger's ability... i.e. a 10amp charger usually indicates 5 amps of charge on a good battery.

HELP!
The battery showing 14.4 volts doesn't mean that the battery is good. Nor does it being a couple of months old. If it has a dead cell it can "act" like a good battery and still have a dead cell. Do you have another vehicle that you can borrow the battery out of and try it in your car?
I agree with the rest of the guys, when the car battery is down or has a poor ground or positive connection, the car will not start and will show all kinds of error messages (no Fob, others). I had to learn this one night at the airport after coming in from a trip. Got a jump and drove home. 2 days later same symptoms in my garage. New battery and all problems vanished.
I still think it is your battery, but I came across this and thought I would go ahead and post it. It may help someone who is doing a search later on.
Occasional “ No Fob Detected” (new software)
Some owners of a 2005-08 Corvette or XLR may comment of an occasional No Fob Detected message on the DIC display when the fob is located somewhere on the driver's seat.
They also may comment that the fob reminder (3 horn honks) is heard when exiting the vehicle with the key fob. This is because the original RCDLR software does not adequately cover the driver's seat and it can also detect the fob when it is slightly outside of the driver's door.
New software will add a new zone to better cover the driver's seat, and it will also add a 2 second delay after the door closes before checking for the fob on the interior. This affects all vehicles built before October 2007.
IMPORTANT: Before programming, the radio and HVAC fuses MUST be removed and the ignition must be in Key On Engine Off mode. The radio and HVAC fuses are located in the BCM fuse block on the passenger floor electrical center. One of the fuses is labeled RDO/S'BAND/VICS and the other is labeled HVAC/PWR SND.
Program the RCDLR with revised software using the TIS2Web PassThru method. When programming, it is necessary to select Replace and Reprogram ECU.
If the programming phase does not finish successfully and the RCDLR appears to be in a locked-up state, do not turn off the ignition. The RCDLR can be reset by removing fuse 11 in the UBEC for 30 seconds. Reinstall the fuse.
Be sure the radio and HVAC fuses are pulled. Attempt programming the module again.
If the ignition was turned to OFF after the locked-up condition occurred, it's possible to continue programming. Simply add the VIN manually in TIS.
TIP: Do not replace the module -- just reprogram it. Also fob programming and TPM Learn are not required.
