Default Tire help please

Im looking for tires to put on my stock c6 base z51

I found a good set of 295 rears. I know they will fit regarding width but the only profile alot of manufactures make is 295/30/19 vs 295/35/19

The car stock comes with 285/35/19s on the rear

will I have an issue with the 30 profile vs the 35?

Thanks guys

I want to still keep the active handling working. From what I just read you need to reduce the height equally with the front and rear

Stock is 245/40/18 and rear 285/35/19

What I want to put is 255/35/18 and 295/30/19

That should work right?

I believe it will, you would be reducing the front OD by approx .75 and the rear a little less than that but pretty close...what tires are you looking at?

Did you ever get these tires? I'm looking to do the same thing on my 08 Z51 so I can stay stock at NCCC events; Re 11 and the AD 08 are supposed to be the best for this application, but only the AD's are available in the larger size. Thanks, Peter (I'm new here)
