Feel any difference in throttle response or power? If so, what rpm range?
Had the KB & Behhive along with cut outs in my shroud and the answer is no. There was no difference at all. I'm sure some may "think" they feel a difference but I highly doubt it. SOTP is a funny thing, before the KB I had a Vararam and "thought" I the car felt faster with it. When I took it off and went back to stock I could have swore the car felt faster with the stock intake. So after two CAI's I'm back to stock again and realized that it was all in my head. Think about it, if the VR gives you .2 tenths of a second over a quarter mile distance do you really think you can feel that ?? Just my opinion though.
I think i can feel a little SOTP difference over stock. Did the same thing got the beehive and cut a hole in the shroud as well, but than again i have only had the car for a week.

The more effecient the motor is the smoother it will run and it often feel slower in comparison.
Whenever a car is working in better harmony it will feel slower because it is smooth. Case in point, whenver you run your faster ET/MPH at the track you will swear it was slow based on your SOTP meter but in the end, your et slips/clock don't lie.
Another little tid-bit, my car makes 635 N/A okay, you can watch it dyno to verify output then take it out and swear it is only making around 520 or so because it is that smooth.
