c6 dff to c6z diff swap????
I'm trying to find out if anyone has put a z06 diff only into 6speed c6 and can tell me what is needed for the swap. I have a 05 c6 z51.
Any help would be great..

I was thinking about going this route when I installed an RPM Level V trans in my car. I was assured by Rodney at RPM that a moderately built C6 diff would be fine for my power output (570rwhp). I went with the regular MN6 trans with billet mainshaft and hardened single piece (Lingenfelter) right and left axles in the stock diff. They also installed Z06 clutch springs while it was apart. No problems so far after about 6000 miles. Give RPM a call. They are good guys that will not sell you anything you don't really need.
