Default Magnetic Ride

I have installed coilovers and removed the magnetic shocks. I have installed the shock simulators. The car is an 09 corvette. It is showing on the DIC that the car is speed limited to 153 mph. After 5 ignition cycles it will limit the speed to 80 mph. Any experts out there with some answers would be great.

You need to buy the F55 plugs. They are caps that complete the circuit that send the signal to your Computer. i think you can buy them from LG Motorsports and Westcoast corvetts. Im sure other people have them too.

I think all you need to do is take it to a dealer and have them hook up their Tech 2 and remove the F55 option from the BCM.

This is the way to do it! Have someone with a tech 2 scanner remove the f55 option from the bcm.

No sims or plugs are needed.

Default Use a Tech 2 to remove the F55 option from the BCM

Take a look at this thread - scroll down to post# 8 and Wayne O explains exactly what the dealer will do with a Tech 2:

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-c...ng-shocks.html

So.....take it to a dealer and get them to use the Tech 2 to remove the F55 option from the BCM and program the ABS to the base suspension.

Just curious what you're doing with the F55 shocks you took off. Trashing? Selling? Saving until selling with the car?
