MT hard shifting when hot
I have a 2005 z51 corvette with a manual transmission. When its gets hot my car is very hard, to downshift, and sounds a bit cluncky when I take it out of gear. It only happens when it is hot, otherwise it shifts smoothly.
Any ideas?

Gotta ask the basics first.....are you doing your clutch fluid maintenance often enough....or at all? What does the clutch fluid look like, black, brown, pale, clear? What is the level of the fluid now?

Yes I have been doing the ranger method for changing the clutch fluid. It does seem to get dirty quite quickly even after changing it without driving hard.
Never had the transmission fluid changed though - the car has 36000kms or about 24000 miles on it.
