Default Buzz from the dash

Have a 2008 ZO6,18,000 miles, this morning noticed a high bitch buzz coming from the dash. Turned radio off, still there, turned engine off it was gone. I have heard this once before, but since it went away, never mind taking into for repair. Also after picking the car up from service (worked on cosmetics) drove off and noticed the coolant system readout on dash came on and remained on. Returned, shut off engine, check all coolants all okay, then restarted engine the warning text was gone. It has been a few weeks now and it has not come back. May be a sensor, air bubbles or something-will replace at my next visit.

If the buzz returns, I will take it in for a check up. Has anyone had this problem before?

Amazing. I didn't take it in, mine stopped making the noise when I left work. Probably because the auto temp was off. Just amazing.
Thanks,
Bob
