Default Water Leak

I discovered wet carpet on the passenger floor. The leak appears to be below the windshield at the corner by the door. The carpet and the seat have been removed. I am having trouble getting the kick panel off that runs along the door opening. Any suggestions on removal? The manual door release, I am having difficulty getting the carpet out from around it. Also any suggestions on where specifically anyone would suggest looking for the leak, maybe a body seam or penetration. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Maybe a window seal. Is your car still under warranty? If so I would take it in and let them deal with it.

Bummer. Check the window seals and the roof panel. Those are two of the worst culprits. Most of the kick panles just have those plastic push fasteners in them. There a pain to deal with.

Most of the front area leaks reported here have been traced to the windshield seal somewhere on the A-pillar.

Found the leak where a piece of fiberglass is glued using epoxy to the firewall in the corner behind the battery. The epoxy is on the inside and outside and was not completely sealing the fiberglass piece to the metal. The pc of Fiberglass has a harness going through the center but the epoxy was missing allowing a drip.

Does anyone have pictures of where the water drain tubes are located? I did a search and found pictures for C4 and C5, but none for the C6. My issue is that every time it rains I get water in the passenger side foot well. Thanks...
