Headlights: heavy humidity inside!

My headlight is getting Heavy humidity inside. I think the rubber seals on the outside of the headlight assembly is comming off. Any fixes for that?

had condensation in one headlight after driving in very heavy rain, later found that one of the rubber covers/seals at the back of the headlight was not properly positioned.

Ill check the back too but it looks like the rubber seal around the front edges. Where the pannels meet up to the light.

The black rubber piece is mostly looks. It does nothing for sealing the lens to the housing.

GM says that condensation is normal. Do a search here and you'll find a lot of threads on the subject.
