Very common. It is the clutch plates slipping. Has to do with the amount of friction modifier in the oil.
Also could be rear axle nuts loose. This will make similar noise in the rear.
The noise you're referring to is most often from the differential, not from the transmission or the engine clutch. It is caused by slippage of the clutches in the limited slip differential. In various 05-08 C6's, the differential fluid installed at the factory apparently did not contain sufficient friction modifier, thus leading to clutch slippage & noise which is especially evident on shaper turns at low speed. Solution is described in TSB 07-04-20-002A, which requires draining of the differential & refilling with Dexron LS Gear Oil, GM p/n 88862624. If you're a DIY'r, it's not a difficult job, but get yourself a copy of the TSB. Otherwise it's a maintenance procedure that most service departments are familiar with. If your C6 is still under warranty, you can probably get the dealer to do the job at n/c. One point often missed is that after the fluid swap, the TSP describes driving 8-10 tight figure 8 maneuvers to heat the fluid & allow it to be worked into the clutch plates.
hmm,,, well i im not sure if its the diff cause ive heard the diff sound at low speed turns. Im getting chatter the most from 1st to 2nd at low speeds.... I just replaced the clutch and im still getting the same noise...

OK...I stand corrected then. If you've had problems & have replaced the clutch, then the problem could be in the clutch or trans. What were the symptoms that led you to replace the clutch.....just noise or definite slippage? Was the throw out bearing replaced? If not, could be that.

Replaced replaced pilot, slave and master.flywheel pressure plate disc etc Pedal feel came back to normal. Replaced it cause of high/soft pedal. But the chatter is still there.

Well, I'm not sure of the LUK. Is that an OEM clutch or aftermarket. The LS2 replacement clutch from GM is the LS7 clutch and it is fantastic. The disc facing is the usual culprit of chatter. IF it is an aggressive compound meant to hold high horse power, the engagement can be grabby and cause chatter. 2nd gear chatter is VERY unusual.
Can use get "past" it by using more throttle and a quicker engagement of the clutch? I know it feels like you're at the drag strip but it may need to be slipped a little to smooth out.
Im unsure if it would be the disc surface cause i looked at the old one and it was perfectly smooth and was making noise! I have 150miles on the clutch , Maybe i should wait longer till i get the i try the more aggressive driving to try to slip it abit as u said?
What else could it be? Could it be the trans?

I can think of only 2 places that have clutch disc action, the rear end and the clutch itself. The rear usually has the issue during turns and not straight driving conditions. The clutch is the only other option and I still don't know about the LUK. I know the LS7 is silky smooth so you're still looking at the disc material as the source of your chatter. I've had brand new Cartek, Ram, and Spec clutches chatter right out of the box. The only after market clutch I've had good results with is the Clutch Master Stage 3 on my old Twin Turbo Camaro. A new clutch should not need a break in period to overcome chatter.
