As I'm rolling to a stop, I'm feeling a vibration what seems to be coming from the front. It occurs ONLY while rolling to a stop only between 15-10 mph as I'm slowing down. The front tires show normal wear, not worn. The front brake rotors (Z06) are smooth and pads (Hawk Performance Ceramic) have ~75% pad left.
Is it possible one of my front hub bearings are going bad w/ ~46k miles?
Are you applying the brakes when you are experiencing the vibration?
Yes, while applying brakes rolling to a stop. The vibration (steering wheel & brake pedal) occurs only while slowing down as the speed drops between 15-10 mph and is consistant.
I might try having the rotors turned, but was wondeing if it's a front hub bearing going bad.
Have you had recent tire work done on the fronts, maybe overtightened lugs warped the rotors. This is my biggest fear when having the wheels taken off. I always ask and watch to see that they use an torque wrench properly.
no that sounds like the rotors are warped. turn the rotors is your best bet
Yep, I think you're experiencing rotor 'run out'. If they're not drilled & slotted, you can mic em to dertermine if they can be turned. If not, you're looking at replacement. Had the same thing happen on my 99 (drilled & slotted) and replaced them with GM Performance rotors.

Sounds to me like an uneven buildup of pad material - maybe pad imprinting. Read this StopTech White Paper about rotors:
if both disc and pad are not properly broken in, material transfer between the two materials can take place in a random fashion - resulting is uneven deposits and vibration under braking. Similarly, even if the brakes are properly broken, if, when they are very hot or following a single long stop from high speed, the brakes are kept applied after the vehicle comes to a complete stop it is possible to leave a telltale deposit behind that looks like the outline of a pad. This kind of deposit is called pad imprinting and looks like the pad was inked for printing like a stamp and then set on the disc face. It is possible to see the perfect outline of the pad on the disc. (FIGURE 5)

Keep reading and down toward the bottom you'll read about cleaning the rotors with garnet paper (NOT sand paper or emery cloth) to try to remove the uneven pad material buildup.
You can read everything about brakes on their site:
Scroll down to "Removal of Uneven Pad Deposits From Rotors Using Aggressive Friction Compounds" to read about using your aggressive track pads to scour uneven pad buildup off the rotor to smooth it off.
Good luck with your problem, but as the StopTech documents say, these rotors just don't "warp", so I don't think that's your problem at all!!
