Default How do I remove this??

Backstory:
I need to change my lower radiator support, in doing so I need to swap over my center air dam. It is to my understanding that it is supposed to be attached via 3 bolts into 3 nut-certs (in the rad support) and two more bolts/pins on the top.

I go to look at what's currently on my car and see this:

(you are looking at what appears to be a hollow rivet (not sure what the exact name/type should be) in place of a bolt....

Now it is pretty obvious to me that the lower rad support has been changed once before or something, and the previous owner did not get the proper nut-certs and appears to have simply riveted the center air dam into place.

My conundrum is that I need get this thing off because I need to change it this weekend. Anyone got any tips for removing these rivets?

Thanks a bunch as always.

Never saw anything like that. I've replaced the center air dam twice and the three front attachments are bolts. The nut certs are integral to the rad support. When I pulled my rad support, due to broken welds, I simply had it welded back together. Looks like yours must have been replaced with a new one without the nuts. Unbelievable.
