Click on "Automobile Sizes" and scroll down to see the C5/C6 takes an SB1010S.
Click on the "Sizes" link and you'll see pictures of the various sizes they manufacture, and you'll see the SB1010S is labelled "S" because it's shorter than the SB1010.
The SB1010S is the one I have, and they work great!!!

Are the Speed Bleeders a better way to go compared to the Motive Power Bleeder?

Thanks I ll check how much r they and. R they sold in fours?
If you go to the "order" link on their website, you'll see they are $7 each ($15 for the stainless steel ones). I have the $7 version and they work perfect - and I've done a lot of bleeds/flushes getting ready for track weekends.
Check your local auto parts store and they may have them.
at 4 the price isnt to bad, when you need to buy 8...holy sokes lol! I dont race but I want to flush the fluid since its starting to get dark and I am also thinking about putting stainless lines on the car and I assume this would make the process of new lines a one man job and so much quicker?

After having issues with speed bleeders, I now prefer pressure bleed like the Motive. Speed Bleeders start to leak or injest air after they are used enough times the thread sealant wears off of the threads.

I order a bottle of the thread sealant and I already have the Motive. Maybe they didn't offer the thread sealant when you ordered yours. It's real easy to apply. The directions say to swab (my word) it on and then put in a 110 degree oven for like 10 mins. and good to go.
07Mont...what would you recommend if you only have one option...the speed bleeders or the Motive? I never thought about the option of the Motive but I am now leaning towards that since it will allow me to do all of my GM cars. You think the Motive works well?

You can see that I pretty much ask that question of BEZ06 in post #6. He never answered, but I later found an old post that I believe was by the same person. It stated that the speed bleeders work very well but you still have to pump the brakes to bleed them. With the Motive you can apply pressure to the master cylinder and then go to the brake caliper and simply open and close the speed bleeder....the best of both world. The post went on to say that he chose to not put any brake fluid in the Motive, but instead would just check the master cylinder fluid level every so often while bleeding and top off as needed. I think that would be the best way to go as in the past I remember a few posts where the Motive cap blew off and threw brake fluid all over the place.
I think having the speed bleeders and the motive would be a waste of money. They both do the same thing. If I buy the Motive I wont get the speed bleeders. The purpose of the speed bleeder is so you can open it, pump the brakes and let the air out. The motive bleeds it using the stock bleeder screw. I dont see how having both would be beneficial...especially financially

But for me I had the Motive and forgot about it until after I ordered the Speed Bleeder.

That's fine but you have to find a way to keep the fluid in and the air our of the system while cooking your speedbleeders.
I did find wacking the caliper with a rubber hammer a few times towards the end helped get a few more air bubbles out.
