t56 and diff lube...
I have seen several different opinions on which lube to use in the trans and diff, GM or other, Im putting mine back together, wondering whats the best trans fluid and rear diff fluid to us- 05 c6 -...thanks

I'm running Mobil1 ATF, synthetic Dextron III in my transmission. It seems to be working well. I have the factory fill in my differential with no problems, but mine is a 09 and I think GM started using a better lube by then.

FWIW... When RPM put a new Level V MN6 in my 07 they used O'Reilly's brand ATF. Rodney said there was no reason to use anything else. That was enough for me to hear. No reason for more expensive stuff I guess.

The Royal Purple Synchomax and I have the RP gear oil in the differential.
