Vararam c6 install question
I just picked up a used vararam intake from a gentleman that sold his c6. I do not have the template to trim the radiator guard. Can anyone help me? This is on my ls2.

Be real careful with trim procedure. Easy to cut into air conditioner line.

I believe you can also buy a shroud pre-cut

As I have stated before, Steve at Vararam, you have some of the best customer service of any vendor I have encountered on this forum.

Try a vibration cutter, very easy, cuts the plastic like butter and will only take you a couple minutes.
Harbor Freight sells them if you do not have one.
And +1 on Steve's customer service!

I just used a box cutter and took my time and put a peice of cardboard behind the shroud.

Take your time. Cut the hole small and keep trimming until you get the fit you want. Use a piece of thin plywood etc to protect the condenser.
