Would a 231/243 be good for a stroker?
Planning on putting a 416/418 stroker in my LS3. Currently my motor is cam only with bolt on's. Cam is 231/243 .617/.626 115+4. For the immediate future I plan to continue to run stock heads until later on switching to an aftermarket casting. I like this cam alot. Great power and good manners. Would it be good to keep this cam or do I need to consider another size while the motor is out. I am willing to give up some peak HP to keep good driveability and pick up power under the curve. I know there have been alot of new grinds come out since this one and I'm wondering if one of those has been proven to be better suited for my new application and expectations.
