Make sure that you buy the real thing. The one with one LED is HomeLink, the one with 3 LEDS is Lear. Lear is the same company that built those high quality Corvette seats that have holes in them after 10,000 miles.

The plastic mirror cover on my driver's visor broke last year. I had to get a new visor. The OEM visor had the Home Link transmitter which I liked because it worked with my x10 devices in the home. The replacement visor came with the Lear Car2U transmitter.
Due to the production change, all C6 replacment visors come with the Lear transmitter.
