Default heated seat not working

Hello all--a newbie here. I have a 2007 'vette & the driver's side heated seat heater doesn't stay on. The fuse is shared by the wiper relay & the wipers work fine, so it isn't the fuse. Any suggestions? Merry Xmas to everyone!

Welcome to the Forum!!!!!!!!

Check all the connectors under the driver's seat. It's pretty common for them to loosen or come apart completely, causes all kinds of problems. Make sure they are plugged in, tight and locked. Good luck.

Default Thanks!

Thank you--I'll check under the seat for the connections (I am assuming they are under the seat, right?).

The heated seats in the Corvette pretty much suck! My CTS will almost burn me, while my Corvette seats I can barely feel. Sometimes I wonder if my Vette seats are working...

For both our 2006 and now our 2009, the High setting would roast my buns. The Low setting is just right for continuious use in really cold weather.

Dicecal, I wonder if yours are stuck in the Low setting?

Im hijacking the thred.

When i turn on the seatheater and then turn it of again when i´m warm enough, some moments after the windshieldwipers starts and i cant turn them of.

Seems like a electrical failure do to the shared fuse. Any suggestions?
