Speedometer calibration after gear change
I understand it is not need for the C6.
I was asked why by a friend and I did not have a complete answer.
How does this correction work.

The speedometer sending unit is electronic. The sensor for the speedometer is in the ring gear, when you change ring gears you effectively change your speedometer. Doesn't work for tire size changes, just for differentials that have the sensor.
