A6 Paddle Shift Question
Normally when downshifting the computer will blip the RPM's to match the wheel speed so you don't have a big jolt. I'm sure it's also to put less strain on the driveline but it also makes it sounds like a perfect heel toe downshift.
I have noticed though that once in a while when downshifting the computer will not blip the rpms, and you get that big jolt that throws you forward from extreme deceleration.
Has anyone noticed that sometimes the computer doesn't blip the rpm's? Does anyone know if this is a known problem? By the way, I have had 0 problems with the car beside this.

I use the paddles a moderate amount, have not yet had any occurances where the system failed to rev-match for a paddle downshift.
Good luck, keep us posted.
