When you pump the brake pedal several times does it come up any?
Sounds like still have some air in the lines.
I have heard that a person might have to take the car to the dealer and have them use a "scan tool"?

Did you take the calipers off for some reason - like to get them powder coated, put on SS lines, etc.???

Did you bleed the brakes before or after you got the low pedal? Not clear from your post.

Since the problem happened after the autocross, you may have boiled the brake fluid from the heat generated during braking. You might want to consider upgrading to a fluid with a higher boiling point. Also, your existing fluid might be contaminated with water. To get every bit of air out of the system, consider investing in a MityVac tool. It works for clutches, too.
