Found out what is wrong with my car. 
broke the bolts off of my cam gear.I also have bent push rods witch means i have bent valves. So this brings me to my next question. What kind of cam do i replace it with so that I wont have problems later on. obviously I want to add performance, but i dont want to go to radical. Idea's?
