Black Widow Cam

Just got my vette running today, 2006 Z06 - I added a black widow can and cold air intake from Vette-Air. Carlos was a great help. I was able to call him and he talked me through everything I needed also he provided me a tune for the car. It sounds and runs great!

sounds nice......what are the cam specs and did you have to change springs and rockers? Sounds awesome!!

Changed the springs and used the stock rockers

Intake is 246 duration an 660 lift exhaust is 252 duration an 649 lift

What are the springs/specs and what lift are they rated to?

.660" lift is huge.

To me, if I were planning to soup up my Z06, it would be worth going a few more cubic inches by using a iron bock(118 lbs more then the LS7 block) LSx454(fully forged). With LS7 heads at 11.5 CR, comp cam 262/270 deg & .686/.658 lift w/LS7 rockers. Use a ported LS7 intake, PTM 92mm and fast 50 lb injectors and a TSP 100mm MAF. Results....692 FWHP@6700 and 617 lb/ft@5,200. That's approx 608 rwhp NA.
