If it's an LS2, nothing. For an LS3 it just needs injector spacers or billet fuel rail kit. The LS7 needs a LS2 fuel rail or billet fuel rail kit which includes the rail and injector spacers.
I assume a new gasket is needed when installing the new manifold?
I'm quite interested in buying this intake. The 25whp increase you mentioned for LS2 engines are for pure stock engines or modified? Do you have any dyno sheets to share?

Yes, a new gasket is required. As for the gains, they were on an LS2 with Lt's, X, CB, and Cai.
I will see if I can dig up some dyno sheets when I get some free time.
