How long do shocks last?

How long do shocks last?

I added Bilstein Sports at around 10K. Now I'm almost to 50K, and there is some weird squeaking coming from the left rear when the car bounces good.

Shocks should be fine. Might look at the sway bar bushings and end links.

I'm at 101k on my '07 Z51 and the shocks are still good. Yes, I will have to replace soon. Noise is probably from the sway bar bushings as someone stated already.

I'd check end links and sway bars a stated above.
If that isn't it, check the upper shock bushings.

My 2008 base car shocks were toasted at 17k. All 4 had a couple inches of slop. Worst factory shocks I've seen. Replaced them with the
Z-51 shock and springs.
