Question...steering wheel too loose???

Guys,

Maybe you can help me out. When driving at high speed on the highway,the steering wheel is not as tight as i would like. Is there something I can do or buy to make the steering wheel tighter while driving???

Are you saying the "steering wheel on the steering column" is loose?

OR

The "steering feel" on the road is too loose/light?

If your car feels like it's drifting a little from side to side and you have more than a fraction of steering wheel movement to compensate then that could be inner tie rod wear on the steering rack.

Actual loose or feel?

Feel No. With one exception to put/flush new power steering fluid. Could also check (lower) tire pressure

Loose. Tie rods, bad rack, wheel bearings etc......
