LS2/3/7 are all the same. I doubt the LS9 will fit. I would ask what they recommend, but if it uses the stock one be prepared for failure. The extra effort from aftermarket duals can be tough on a stock slave. We see a lot of slave failures here.

The LS9 unit will not fit due to it being shorter. You can always use a spacer but then you'll run into clearance problems with the feed line hitting the bell housing. Then again that can be fixed as well with a grinder

That's allot of effort for essentially the same slave. I have used the stock one with success, but I do understand there have been some failures. The only issue I see with the really nice aftermarket ones is that they are really made for racing, while they will hold up to extreme clutches, they have no dust seals in them, have you ever seen what a slave looks like when it has about 20k on it.

I agree. I was mainly just pointing out to the OP what it would take to use a ZR1 slave.

I can't say I've seen a slave @ 20K miles. However, I have seen one with 45k miles.

I agree. I was mainly just pointing out to the OP what it would take to use a ZR1 slave. Not that it's worth it. The slave is basically the same but with a different install height. Even the bearing is the same.

use the stock slave with the supplied RPS bearing that comes with the clutch.... if you use the smaller ls2,3,7 bearing the slave will fail.... other then that the stock slave with the right bearing works flawlessly
