Default Engine harness question

Is there any difference in the 2007 LS2 engine harnesses for an auto or manual transmission. I'm wondering if I can swap a manual harness over to an auto drivetrain. Just the harness. I already have the computer. Thanks.

Hey David. If I remember right from messing with my harness so much the engine portion of the harness, as long as the swap harness is an 06-07, are the same. If you have the A6 harness it joins into the engine harness I believe at the back of the engine or the underhood fuse block.

The manual and A6 have their own separate transmission harness.

I'll be passing thru your neck of the woods next week. I'll let you know if I'll have enough time to stop.
