Default 1/4'' wheels spacers

i ve seen several people on here say they are running 1/4 wheel spacers with stock lug nuts and stock studs. i went to put my 1/4'' wheel spacers on my 05 z51 today and the studs dont have enough thread to even start any lugnuts. the studs arent even threaded on the last 1/4''. i have zr1 replica wheels in base model size so that shouldnt make much of a difference. well i guess im gonna pick up some collared lugnuts.

I had to use 1/8" spacers on the front to clear the brakes, but I installed longer studs.

The studs are easy, it is removing the hub to put the longer studs in that is the challenge. You can install stock length studs without removing the hubs, but not longer studs...

well thats what i meant yeah changing out the studs themselves is easy. so how are other guys running spacers without longer studs or anything. do other years have studs that are threaded all the way?

1/4" spacers work perfectly fine with the stock studs IF you use 1/4" E/T (extended thread) lugnuts. That's what I have and there are no issues.

So I could replace the stock studs w/ studs that are fully threaded but the same length... w/ out pulling the hub ?

Stock length studs can be changed with no issues. You just have to turn the hub with the rotor off to find the spot that it will fit through.

Your wheels must be different. I'm using 1/4 in. spacers, stock lugs and nuts, no problem.

Here is the link to the studs that we sell. For the 1/4 spacers the 1/2 inch studs will work very nicely.
