How do you replace the back lights on a 2007? Any help is appreciated.

Pages 373 and 374 of the 2007 owner's manual.

Taillamps, Turn Signal, and
Stoplamps
To replace a stoplamp, taillamp/turn signal bulb,
do the following:
1. Remove the screw from the top of the lamp
assembly.
2. Tilt out the lamp assembly.
3. Turn the bulb socket one-quarter turn
counterclockwise and pull it out.
4. Pull the bulb straight out to remove it from the
socket.
5. Push the new bulb in the bulb socket until it
snaps into place.
6. Reinstall the lamp assembly by first lining up
the tabs on the bottom of the lamp assembly
with the tabs in the vehicle, then slide it in.
7. Replace the screw at the top of the lamp
assembly.

Sorry, I may have misread your request. In your title, you did say back up lights, but in your post, you said back lights. I don't think there's anything in the owner's manual to help you with the backup lights..

Here's a link to a thread about backup lights.

If that's what you wanted, wait for others to chime in.

If it's back-up lights you're talking about, you can lay on your back and just reach in and turn the sockets 1/4 turn to pop them out. There is a gap in the plastic just near the exhaust outlet on either side and you just reach right to where the back-up lights are. The drivers side wires were just a little tight for me to turn the socket, but you can reach in a little further and pop the wires out of a little plastic fitting to get more room. Once the socket is out, you can simply pop the bulb out and replace.
I changed mine out to superbright LEDs just this weekend.

I just discovered mine is doing the exact same thing. It appears the 2 screws are loose at the bottom of the lens. The only way I can see to tighten them is to remove that entire lower panel. I hope I'm wrong though... Anyone else have this happen???

I'm not sure if this will help but I simply reached in gap and pushed the lens back into the until it popped back into place.

It goes back into place just fine; It's like it's top spring-loaded. You can push on the lower part of the lens and it goes in and springs right back out to the standard position. That's how I spotted the two screws and where they need to be re-tightened. Perhaps you can feel your way with a stubby end screwdriver to get those tightened back up. I read elsewhere that bulb replacement can be done by putting your hand in behind that lower panel. I might try that this afternoon to see if I can feel my way through this.

Got the same problem, left side only. I have looked and wiggled whole assembly and still can't understand it or see what may be cause. Haven't been able to see 'two screws... may need to be tightened'........ Need help understanding what retains entire assembly at bottom.

Any help appreciated...
