Jet Hot coatings
I have a c6z and I'm shopping for headers. I'm looking to get between 500-550 rwhp, that being said if the jet hot coating a must. I dont track the car, but I've been in the ocasional street race and don't want to be embarassed by a mustang.

The coating is not going to make a difference at all...if your looking to hit over 500RWHP, save the $400-$600 for some extra power mods....and more importantly...dont forget to mod the driver...learn how to get the most out of your car...when you can drive the pants off it, you'll spank a Mustang without that much power very easily.

A coating isnt going to give you much power, but it will lower under hood temperatures significantly. Plus they keep the header looking like new for years. I think it is a must have.
Also, look into a nitro plate coating. They are less expensive and the customer service is unmatched. The owners are old school drag racers and their product is proven to handle heat and last years.
