No AC details...

I hardly use the AC more of a windows down type. But I do want it functioning. It wasn't working then it worked one trip and now not working again so it had an intermitten function which makes it even worse to figure out.

There is lots of pressure on low side but the compressor isn't running either but I guess atleast it isn't empty of refrigerant it seems. The compressor never seems to kick on, checked fuse it's ok, swapped relay for the compressor with the windshield wiper relay, wipers functioned an compressor still no so I figure relay is fine, I changed the radio to an aftermarket in dash radios while ago, and not sure if problem was before or after the install... As said before I never use AC but want everything working for rare times I do want it. There are a couple plugs in dash area that I'm not sure what they are for, don't believe they where used before, the AC module has all three plugs in it and clipped in good, I'm at a lose of where to go, I would check for voltage on the output from the controller that should energize the coil for the control relay but I don't have any manual for the car, I want one but can't find any hanes manual or anything for c6

You need to take it to an a/c shop and have them put their gauge's on and check the pressure on the high and low side. You could have a blockage or leak. In the future use it often. They last a lot longer when used.
