Zr1 exhaust Mod

every one talks about the z06 muffler and the fact that it has the perferated section. So people do the mod and cover the perferated section up to make it sound better. My question is does the zr1 muffler have the perferated section in it so you could do the mod to it also. I am thinking since the zr1 mufflers sound louder that there is not a perferated section in them.

I believe they're a 3" NPP. The base NPP does NOT have the perforated section...but its also 2 1/2".

i aqm told the zr1 rear section is 3 inch reduced to 2.5 after the muffler like the Z06
