High Performance Alternator Charging Voltage

Just installed a 270 Amp XP High Output Alternator on my LS2 C6. Shows charging at 14.6 volts......Is that too high? Would that output ruin my battery or electrical system?

You're fine. Sometimes my stock alternator goes as high as 14.7 to as low as 13.8.
