Default Drivers side head removal HELP

LS2 motor.
What a PIA! Can someone advise me what I need to do to get the bolts in the front side of the head out.

I can see 3 bolts that pass through the alternator bracket. I have all three loosened, however one bolt is backed out against the power steering pump pully?

Is there a fourth bolt that needs to come loose to get the bracket loose?

How do I get the bolt out that is backed up againset the pully?

There must be an easy way to remove the head without removing the power steering resivor and pump correct?

Take out all the other bolts along w/the bolts that secure the bracket to the head. The bolt behind the pulley can remain there, as you are loosening the bolt, slide the assy out, towards the front of the car, until the bolt is completely out of the head.

Make sure it is the first bolt back in, then reassemble the rest.

How many bolts total are there (ps assy)? I have loosened-up three total, but the assy is still snug against the head? I can see a fourth bolt that's down underneath the line that connects the ps resivor to the pump. Is that the remaining bolt holding the assy to the head? If so it looks like I have to remove the ps resivor as well?

Yes, remove the clamp and then remove the hose off the p/s reservior and you'll get the room you need.
