A stock Z06 with some awesome driving should go ~11.0s on street tires. At least that's what I'm hoping for tomorrow when I go to the track.
However, I believe NHRA rules state that anything faster than 11.49 needs a roll cage. I know there are some of you guys out there running faster than this, how do you do it? Am I missing something?
Ummmm......have you looked at the Z06 Fast List in the Z06 Forum? Of the top 30 fastest stock setup cars only 2 were 11.0's or better. I doubt you'll have an issue first time out unless you're a really good driver or have already practiced with your car. Not criticizing, just sayin'. Might want to ask the guys in the Z06 Forum anyway. Good luck, let us know how you do.

Not bashing but good luck running that your first time out. I have seen cars much faster than that w/o cages. I don't track my car so I don't know the rules.
