My car does not recognize my FOB sometimes and cannort start the car. When I push the start button all power turns off, Had to jump start with battery cables twice in the past two days.
Is this a Car battery problem, FOB battery problem or a car electronics problem. Don't want to get raped by a dealer.

Since you are able to jump start the car I would say that you likely have a bad car battery. I would put in a new battery and use a good battery maintainer like a C-Tek 3300 for periods when the car is not in use.
If you have never changed the fob batteries and your car is an 08, it is time to change them as well. If it were my car I would do both. You may also want to try your other fob to see what happens but I suspect you have a weak car battery.
I had the same problem early winter after storing my 2005. Replaced the fob batteries first, cheap fix, charged the battery, didn't last, replaced the the battery with a new optima. Problem solved for a year or two. Go with the Optima you won't be disappointed!
Agreed with all above. Bad car battery, but replace your FOB batteries too (2 pack at Target for $5).
Another piece of advice -- keep your FOB in a pocket away from your mobile phone. It really messes with the signal, and had me confused for a while as to why "No FOB Detected" kept showing up.
