lg passenger header help

lg passenger header help

How the f do you get it in there. The driver aide header just slid in and bolted up. I had that done in about 40 minutes. The passenger side will not FIT no matter how I push pull prod coax beg or cus at it. I'm about to throw in the towel, Oct been at the passenger side for the better part of 2.5hrs. How the hell does it fit.

Are you going in from the bottom or the top? I did my LG headers from the bottom with no issue at all. I did have to remove the oil dipstick tube to make it easier though.

Bottom and there being a pain in the a$$ everything is taken off and I can't tell what its getting Hung up on

How high is the car? You need room to wiggle it around until it finally goes up there. Need to find the sweet spot

Probably 3 feet in the it wiggled and I can get the front in but it seems like it needs a few not cm to fit. I'll tackle it tomorrow and let me cool down. I was excited after the driver side went in so easy

Passenger side is definitely more difficult.

If you don't have someone helping, get someone to help from the top and I bet you'll get it with another set of eyes on it.

I agree with Floyd. A second set of eyes will make life much easier. My wife was my set of eyes on top and we had each side in place in just a few minutes.

Got it today in about 20 minutes. I jacked up on the rear of the motor and was able to gain enough Clarence that way. At the exhaust shop getting my my muffler welded to the new pipes. The less clamps the better. Thanks for all your help
