What are you guys using? Have a 2008 with Z51 brake package (part of F55). Anyone know the capacity? Tips on changing fluid (also installing Delco ceramic pads)? Thanks!

The best fluid IMHO is Castrol SRF. Overkill for most. ATE Type 200 and Super Blue are good fluids and are different colors so you can tell when the old fluid is flushed.
For street use just get Autozone stuff. Don't waste your money on fancy fluids.
For track use, the Motul and Castrol SRF are great but expensive. The ATE is good and is what I use. Look at the WET boiling point of these brands if you want to know how to compare them. The dry boiling point is fresh from the can, the wet point is the real world - it means the boiling point once the fluid has absorbed water from the atmosphere, which pretty much happens as soon as you open the bottle.

I like ATE superblue because it comes in both an amber and a blue color. So what you do it fill it up with blue, and then when you flush you put in amber and can tell when the blue is flushed out of the caliper when the color changes fully to amber.
Another vote for the ATE Super Blue and ATE Typ 200 (the amber color version of Super Blue). Just like previous posters have stated, it makes it easy to know when you've flushed out all of the old stuff. I've been very happy with its performance and it's reasonably priced.

Thanks! What's the capacity (how much will I need for a flush?)
