EG Heads/Cam LS2 - over 500 wheel horsepower
Whiplash II makes over 500 wheel horsepower again!
Unlike some of our competitors, we always quote wheel horsepower, SAE 5 corrected, from our eddy current chassis dynamometer - and not inflated flywheel/brake horsepower, which can only be measured with an engine dynamometer.
This Vette came all the way from Arizona for its dose of Necessary Evil™ Video coming soon.
Jim - 2005 MN6 LS2 Convertible with EnglandGreen Whiplash II cam, Trickflow heads, FAST 102mm LSX-R intake, long tube heads and cold air intake.
506rwhp, 439rwtq - a gain of 131 horsepower and 61 foot pounds of torque at the tires over headers/CAI only!
(and yes, that 2011 C6 Z is from Montana)

Man, that looks like a good max effort cam
The TF's I thought were supposed to be the hot ticket under the curve...but there doesn't look like much difference compared to the stk. heads/cam until well after 4,000rpm? Are those the 225's?
When I went from CAI/Spinfast 92/Meth to adding headers alone, I picked up about 25ft lb from 2500 - 6500rpm using the same load controlled dyno. Previous #'s were 394/391, and currently 404/412.

There is a major difference between stock heads and tf 225's..i made 470 rwhp with bolt ons, cam, intake, and tune on stock heads..i installed tf 225's last and i dyno'd 513 rwhp.thats a 43 rwhp difference with just heads alone.i would have to say that tf 225's are the king.period

I want one! We need to talk. Im concerned about frequent valve spring replacement, I put over 15k a year in my car.
I want sound, and a lil more power, and long term reliability. Is there a happy medium?

England Green,
Can you tell me what type of headers are being used here?
