I called my insurance and they said to provide the receipts (proof of installation) and it would be covered at no extra premium. I really called to see if my insurance liability would go up with the increased hp but they said no. Go figure.

I'm pretty sure there are additional riders that specify the specific mods and value. My insurance company specifically asked me about that when I bought the car used. I think they said the first $2k was covered but anything in addition needed a specific rider.
Amica Mutual Insurance Company. You deal directly with them, no Agents of middleman. I have been with them since 1976, great to deal with especially if you need them which is the real proof of a good insurance company.

When I called my insurance, it was to have a Callaway conversion by Callaway in CT which was a $22K adder and as I mentioned, all I had to do was supply proof of installation and was told there would be no increase in premium.
I have a blower, Blower hood adm I am fully covered with the receipts provided to my company, and a letter stating all other mods and addittions with those receipts from my insurance company clearly stating they will cover damage, not a problem
