Only problem with that one is the radical tree hugger/Greenpeace types LOL, they might not "appreciate" those plates too much and one day attempt to retaliate against the lone parked Corvette.

You are right! I would love to irritate the Prius/tree hugger types, but it's not worth risking my paint. I'll just rev it a little more than normal as I pass them...

I think GOT SPD is the winner. My wife really likes that and it isn't too provocative.

Some advice:

The harder it is to read and memorize your plate, the safer you are.

Having a plate like 1fstcar or 2fst4u means anyone can read it and immediately remember it.
Not to mention that kind of thing makes police want to pull you over to harass you without cause (theyll also be less likely to let you off with a warning if you get caught speeding).

Have fun picking out the plate and drive safe!

I like it too; but I was just messing with you. It would be a good one for me for sure. It's a lot less offensive to corvettes and chevys in general than the current one for sure.

Yeah, That's good advice and I've thought about that. I'm not really a speed demon on public roads, so I don't have much to fear. I try to use good judgment and save it for the track. I've been pulled over once or twice in 5 years... (knock on wood)

There are several guys in my area that won't go to the track though, it cracks me up... They can't drive so they want to do cheesy roll races all the time...

No nine second references until you consistantly run them. "Close" is not a 9 second car. I probably wouldn't get a plate with one unless I had a dozen or so slips.

I like some of the others, though. In the end, it is what you want. Mine.
