I searched the forums, and most people would say its an indication of a failed car battery. As per previous owner, he just replaced the car battery, which was about 3 months ago . What else could it be!!?

Use your key to unlock the rear hatch by putting it in the keyhole above the license plate an turning it.

In the hatch area, on the driver's side of the car, up over the rear wheel, there should be 2 tags sticking out of the upholstery. One of them is to open the gas tank cover, the other is for the driver's door. Pull that one and it will unlock the driver's door.

Once you get in, put the fob in the slot in the glovebox with the buttons pointed toward the passenger side of the car. Try starting the car. If the car will start, it's the fob battery. If it won't start, it's the car battery.

Great info, thx alot. I have one concern however. I saw the key hole under my licence plate, what key am i supposed to put in there !?
I only got 1 FOB when i bought the car. Thats all the previous owner has.
So what can i try next? i did already replace the FOB battery with a new one. But it was a very cheap one. But still i cant get in the car!

The only thing I can think of would be go to the dealership with proper proof of purchase and have them cut you a key off the vin # and or contact the person you bought the car from(assuming original owner since new) and have them give you the key code from the original paper work from selling dealer!

And fob batteries are cheap - 2 for less than $5 at Wally World. Be sure not to get the battery with the rough surface on the "+" side. Battery goes in the fob with the "+" side down. Battery is type CR2032.

ok just went out and bought 3 different brands of FOB batteries. result = nothing
Car still wont unlock. Tomorrow morning i will drive to the dealership and show them my FOB and tell them to do something coz there is no way to access or tow the car! But i know that our local dealership SUCK and probably wont even help so, we will see. I'll keep you guys postedi remember a week ago, the car did the same thing and when it finally unlocked it wouldnt start and kept saying "FOB not detected" so i put my FOB in the slot (glovbox) and the car fired up right away. So it cant be the car bettery either right.
