Does it require you to buy and use the FAST fuel rail kit?
No, while the FAST kit might look better it isn't mandatory (unless of course a particular high power build or fuel system require it). The stock fuel rails can be made to fit, some of the bolts/washers won't line up perfectly but it will still be secure and you might need some LS1 style O-rings for the injectors but probably not.
