Painting Process
We use high quality PPG Paint

2) Thoroughly scuffed and wiped down again.
3) Sprayed with a black epoxy sealer.
4) Black sealer allowed to dry for 1 hour.
5) Finished spraying. Allowed to dry over night.

Can you grind off the name and all "performance" markings and just paint it black? You know, for us customers that have to pass a smog test visual inspection every 2 years? Call it a "stealth" model or something.
