Default fuel system interchangability ??

Could someone point me in the right direction for a fuel injector/rail interchangability chart or link ????

I'm looking for factory interchangable stuff.

1)Harness to injector ?? (LS1, LS2, LS3, LS7 ect...)
2)Injector height ?? (when you'll need spacers ect...)
3)Injector to rail ?? (any rail that will not accept certain injectors ?)

Here is what I'm battling....Fast 102 on a LS6....but I want to keep the fuel rail/coil covers so....that means running a factory fuel rail.

Heres what I've gathered so far...I need a LS2 rail (so I don't have to use spacers on the rail, something about that I don't like) but...is the LS3 rail the same as a LS2 rail ?? I do know that they are different part numbers but ..??

And about the injectors....I'm needing a minimum of 40lbers but would like to be closer to 45-50lbers.

What lb rating is the LS3 injector ??

Thanks....

LS1 and LS6 have a different harness plug than LS2, 3, 7 and 9. I believe LS3 injectors ar 40 +, but you need the adapters to make them taller so you can use the fuel rails.

There are several books on Amazon on LS engines that will tell you all the parts that interchange. Mine are on loan to a friend or I would look it up for you.

Thanks for the quick response.....so hypothetically speaking....a LS3 rail with LS3 injectors with a harness adapter from Casper Electronics and a injector spacer from Fast or Nasty Performance ect...

First question...will the LS3 rail clip right in to the LS6 fuel line (at the back of the manifold)??

Second qusetion...could I substitute a LS2 rail in place of the LS3 ??

Thanks....

#1, I believe so.

#2, I have LS2 and LS3 rails and the spacing of the injectors is the same.
