Default CCW T10 Owners - Need your help

Any of you guys running the T10's on a normal body C6 with C6 Z06 brakes? Any issues, comments, pictures you can provide we be awesome.

I am wanting to see if my 19x10 - 20x11 T10's will clear Z brakes. CCW doesn't think they will.

If John says they won't fit, they won't. Sounds like you're running C6 offsets and expecting Z06 brakes to fit. I guess my first question is, are you wanting Z06 brakes for looks or actual braking?

I'm interested in doing the same with the same wheels. I've been told, not by CCW that I would need small spacers to clear the Z06 calipers which I think may be a problem with the wheel hitting the top inside of the fenders.

What tire size are using with this setup?

I don't think I would have a rubbing problem. I need to just test fit my wheels on a z

You won't have a rubbing problem on a Z, it has wide fenders. What I was trying to say is, if you need spacers to clear the Z06 calipers with these wheels, would that possibly cause a rub issue on a standard C6 that you referenced in your original post.

Also, what size tires are you planning on having for these wheels.

I'm talking about the wheel rubbing the caliper. I think I will need a small spacer to clear the rear caliper. I need to test fit them.

I have T-10's on my car with Z06 brakes.

I have Z06 rear fenders so I can't address the fitment issue there.

Maybe trying to run 10" wide fronts with this wheel is the problem. I know 10" wide CCW's in different models will fit.

I have 9.5X18 fronts and the clearance with the caliper is 1/8" or less.

That is a gorgeous wheel/brake combination. So the T10's do clear the Z06 calipers, good news. I hate the thought of running spacers, no matter how small.

I see your wheels are chromed, did CCW do that for you or did you have to send them out.

I had them done by CalChrome.

Can't remember the cost but I had the barrels plated too. I think it was about $160 each for the fronts and $185 for the rears.

You can't really tell in the pic because they were dirty.

Couple coats of REJEX and no pitting after 2 years.

Personally, I find chrome wheels easier to keep clean than polished wheels.

But I'm old and lazy.

YMMV
