Very impressive numbers Mr. Dennis. That other stroker thread kind of died out without much info being shared. Do you have any other information about the build? Like, cam specs, heads, comp. ratio, etc.? Any dyno graphs?
Wow, incredible numbers from what is still a truly streetable combination, I'm betting he could drive that car to California with no problems if he chose to.
A huge congrats to Cartek for makin' it all happen and to '07 416' for stepping it up to the next level.

Good point, and 4.10 gears as well. Still a hydraulic cam/lifter set up too.
Not that I would ever consider changing a single thing about this awesome build but I wonder if 3.42s, an electric water pump and a lighter clutch set up could've sent it over 600+rwhp.
I bet all of that ^ along with an aluminum flywheel would've done it.
I want a ride in this thing.

with everything you said, except i want to drive it
Im gonna need some seat time with this beast then off to the track
I think you should drive it on the street/highway for a while and just get used to the thing, it's going to be whole different animal now.
And if ya put some miles on it I'd like to see ya maybe do another clutch fluid change just prior to taking it to the track as well.
Its my motor, Cartek did a great job! I couldnt be happier.
its a 416 stroker with trick flow heads its a stick car with 4.10s
You would think as such results with Trick Flow heads on the 4.065" LS3 bore trickle in, that people would get the message that LS3 ported heads would have results that are laughable at best in comparison. I recall an east coast tuner who told me 535rwhp on an LS3 with trick Flow heads was "optimistic". I'm revising the prediction to 545rwhp with a big cam.
Although a stroker here, the bore is still the same as the 6.2L.
Cartek should be applauded for taking the initiative on such a build but then Julio and crew stopped surprising me long ago.
Id def go with Cartek, they did a 416 for me I made 587whp and 518 wtq NA. on a dyno that reads low to begin with...
Could you offer more info on this statement please? I'm considering Cartek for possible future work. I don't like getting caught up in dyno numbers but I don't want any dyno tricks being played on me either. What type of dyno do they use? How/who would you compare the dyno numbers with to consider it low?

In a week I will be running my new 416 that Extreme Horsepower built for me on the dyno and I can relay those numbers also. We just ran my friends new ZR1 on the dyno Thursday and it made 589rwhp and it as 100* in the shop. This is a bone stock ZR1 base Line run.

its a very good place to go, i have been very happy, no dyno tricks, always a proper tune not unsafe just to get big numbers, i don't care about dyno numbers, just 1/4 times and mph, there motto and shirts say, real performance not just dyno hype, im sure LS1LT1 can tell you more

A truly awesome C5/C6 LSx specialty shop...and I believe they use a Dynojet dyno.
